Greetings! It is with great pleasure that I extend my warmest welcome to you. On behalf of Barnes Aerospace, I would like to thank you for your dedication to building such a strong company and earning the trust of your customers.
At Barnes Aerospace, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Our focus on providing high-value solutions and products across the aerospace and defense supply chains, combined with a strong culture of trust and collaboration, has enabled us to become a leader in the market.
By bringing together Barnes Aerospace and EHO, we are well-positioned to strengthen our presence in critical aerospace product and market segments, broaden our reach into the defense market, and enhance our capabilities in rotorcraft components. EHO represents a strong strategic and complementary fit that aligns with our growth strategy as we continue to make strategic investments in talent, capabilities, technologies, and systems to serve customers’ complex needs.
As of today, EHO is now operating under the Barnes Aerospace brand, and I will lead the integrated organization as CEO, with the support of both Barnes Aerospace and legacy EHO leadership teams. Over the coming weeks and months, we will draw from the strengths of both organizations to align our initiatives and teams, positioning our combined company for long-term growth and success. To support this effort, we’ve established a cross-functional integration team, which will include representatives from both Barnes Aerospace and EHO and be led by Jim Fitzpatrick, Vice President, Strategic Projects & Integration.
Members of our leadership team will also welcome you with in-person, all-employee town hall meetings at your facility today, where you will hear more about Barnes Aerospace and our future together.
Our immediate priority is to establish a solid foundation for our long-term success and collaborate to ensure a seamless transition. For most of you, there will be no immediate change to your day-to-day responsibilities and team. We intend to remain thoughtful and deliberate in our decision-making throughout the integration process and are committed to providing you with open and timely updates, as well as addressing any questions you may have.
